Ebisu’s Bay Expands to Cronos zkEVM with Exciting Opportunities!
We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of Ebisu’s Bay on the Cronos zkEVM chain! This expansion is packed with exciting opportunities for our community, from earning rewards to leveraging new blockchain technology. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Pioneer Program & Daily Rewards
Ebisu’s Bay has been selected by Cronos Labs to participate in their Pioneer Program. This means our users can earn points every day by using our platform and other dApps in the program. These points can be redeemed for rewards directly from Cronos Labs. The more you engage, the more you earn! You need to use our platform every single day to maximize your rewards!
$250K Grant & Community Incentives
Cronos Labs is also offering a $250,000 grant to participating dApps, including Ebisu’s Bay. The grant will be distributed based on each dApp’s popularity and usage, so the more active our community is, the larger our share—and yours—will be! We will distribute the rewards granted to us based on both daily participation and the XP level of your account. What's more is we will be granting some bonus XP for doing daily tasks such as swapping on the DEX, buying NFTs, and harvesting farm rewards. Granting you higher levels and therefore higher rewards and larger advantages in other GameFi activities!
Triple Yield Opportunities
Cronos is introducing liquid yield assets as a front runner on the Cronos zkEVM chain, specifically vUSD and vETH. Holding these assets allows you to claim weekly passive yield directly from Cronos Labs. This alone is a great thing! However it can be further compounded by placing it into DeFi protocols such as our DEX Farms! Now as you add fees from providing liquidity, additional FRTN from adding it to the farm, and finally each week Cronos Labs will distribute those v-Asset rewards back to us to distribute to you! If you opt-in to receiving the rewards in FRTN token you will receive an extra 1% which can be boosted as high as 15% using NFTs!
PayMasters & Gas Sponsorship
Cronos zkEVM has the capability to use Paymasters, which will allow us to sponsor a portion or all of gas fees for transactions on our platform as well as allow for users to pay for gas in other tokens besides the native one such as FRTN or vUSD. We will be implementing a policy to pay for the first 5 transactions per user per month on our platform. In addition to that, if you select FRTN as your gas currency we will sponsor 25% of every transaction. Other certain NFTs will also grant you extra free transactions!
Moggy Money Broker NFTs
This is also a Last Call to participate in the Cronos zkEVM Liquidity Boost program. Participation will grant you up to 4 Moggy Money Broker NFTs as we mentioned in our previous blog post. Now we will give an updated preview of what these NFTs can do! You may have picked up on some very strong hints above!
